UMAMI TOPPING Spicy Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients (2 servings)

Cooked rice 300g
Prawns
200g (with shells)
Red onion (5mm pieces) 50g
Green bell pepper (5mm pieces) 40g
Cooking oil 1 Tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil SPICY 2 Tbsp
Vinegar 1 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Remove the shells, veins, and tails from the prawns.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the prawns.
    Once cooked through, add sugar and UMAMI TOPPING, then stir-fry.
  3. Add rice and stir-fry. Add red onions and green bell peppers and continue to stir-fry.
    Pour vinegar as a finishing touch and stir-fry briefly.
  4. Serve on a plate and garnish with lime and cilantro, if desired.
