UMAMI TOPPING Spicy Shrimp Fried Rice

Directions
- Remove the shells, veins, and tails from the prawns.
- Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the prawns.
Once cooked through, add sugar and UMAMI TOPPING, then stir-fry.
- Add rice and stir-fry. Add red onions and green bell peppers and continue to stir-fry.
Pour vinegar as a finishing touch and stir-fry briefly.
- Serve on a plate and garnish with lime and cilantro, if desired.
