Seafood and Grapefruit Spicy Salad

Directions
- Cut the seafood and potatoes into bite-size pieces and boil.
Thinly slice the onion, soak the slices briefly in cold water to make them crisp, then drain thoroughly.
Peel the grapefruit, remove the thin skin from the segments, and break the flesh into bite-size pieces.
Chop the cilantro into small pieces.
