UMAMI TOPPING Pannenkoek (Dutch Pancakes)

Ingredients (3 pieces)

Cake flour 130g
Salt Pinch
[A] Milk 250ml
Egg 1
Butter 15g
Bacon (cut in half) 6 slices
Shredded cheese 60g
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil SPICY As needed

Directions

  1. Put the flour and salt in a bowl and make a hole in the center.
    Add mixed ingredients [A] into the hole in two parts. Mix well after each addition.
  2. Melt 5 g of butter in a frying pan about 25 cm across and place four pieces of halved bacon.
    Pour a third of [1] in the pan and cook over medium heat. Once the bottom side is cooked and browned, turn it over and sprinkle 20 g of cheese.
    Cover the pan with a lid and cook until the cheese is melted. Cook a total of 3 pancakes in the same way.
  3. Serve the pancakes on a plate, with S&B UMAMI TOPPING as topping.
