UMAMI TOPPING Bratkartoffeln

Ingredients (2 servings)

Potato 300-350g
Bacon block 60g
Cooking oil 2 Tbsp
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil 2 Tbsp
Salt Pinch
Parsley As needed

Directions

  1. Put plenty of water and well-washed potatoes in their skins in a large pan and put it over heat. Once the water comes to a boil, turn down the heat.
    Cook the potatoes until they are tender but still somewhat firm (a skewer can go through with some resistance).
  2. Cut the potatoes cooked in step [1] into 1 cm-thick slices. Cut the bacon into 5 mm-thick sticks.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes over medium heat.
    Once the potatoes have browned, turn them over and fry the bacon on the side of the frying pan together.
    Once both the potatoes and bacon are browned, add UMAMI TOPPING and mix everything together. Add salt to flavor.
  4. Serve the potatoes and bacon on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
