| Tomato ketchup | 4 Tbsp | 
| Vinegar | 1 Tbsp | 
| [Blue cheese sauce]
Blue cheese (bring it to room temperature) | 15g | 
| Sour cream | 2 Tbsp | 
| Mayonnaise | 2 Tbsp | 
| Carrot (cut into thin sticks) | As needed |

Directions
- Put [A] into a pan and stir. Cook it briefly over heat.
- Sprinkle salt over the chicken wing sticks and pat flour thoroughly on them.
 Deep-fry the chicken wing sticks in oil heated to 180℃. Then, put the fried chicken wing sticks in the pan in step [1] and coat them with the sauce.
- Prepare the [Blue cheese sauce].
 Press the blue cheese with a spatula to make it smooth. Add the sour cream and mayonnaise in this order,
 and mix as you add each ingredient until the mixture is smooth.
- Serve the carrot and celery sticks, [2], and [3] on a plate.
