Spicy Poke

Ingredients (1-2 servings)

Tuna 200g
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil SPICY 1 Tbsp
Mayonnaise 1 Tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Rice (cooked) As needed
Green onion (chopped) As needed
Avocado (sliced) As needed

Directions

  1. Cut the tuna into dices and mix them with S&B UMAMI TOPPING, mayonnaise, and soy sauce. Leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Put rice in a bowl, with [1] on top. Garnish with green onion and serve with avocado.
