Temaki sushi -Hand rolled sushi-

Ingredients (2-3 servings)

Seaweed sheet As needed
[Sushi rice]
Warm cooked rice 600g
[A]
Vinegar 4Tbsp(60g)
Sugar 2Tbsp(18g)
Salt 1/2tsp(3g)
[Vegetables and other filling ingredients of your choice] As needed
Sashimi of tuna, salmon, prawns/shrimp, etc.
Fried eggs, imitation crab meat, roast beef
Cucumber, white radish sprouts, shiso (Japanese basil), lettuce, etc.
[Toppings]
S&B Wasabi Paste As needed
Soy sauce As needed

Directions

  1. Cut each seaweed sheet into quarters.
  2. Make [sushi rice].
    Mix together [A], dissolving the sugar and salt completely.
    Mix [A] into warm cooked rice. Blend it well and allow it to cool.
  3. Cut the filling ingredients into easy-to-eat size pieces.
  4. Hand-roll sushi.
    Put a seaweed sheet on your palm with the rough side facing up. Spread sushi rice thinly on the seaweed sheet and put fillings and toppings of your choice on top.
    Roll the seaweed sheet from one end.
    Serve with wasabi and/or soy sauce as desired.
