Salad with Curry Powder Dressing

Potato 1/2 (70g)
Broccoli 20g
Precooked chicken breast 25g
Boiled egg 1
Cherry tomatoes 3
Butterhead lettuce 40g
[A] S&B Oriental Curry Powder 1/4 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Olive oil 1 Tbsp
Salt Pinch

Directions

  1. Peel the potato and cut it into bite-size pieces. Put them in water. Cut the broccoli and precooked chicken breast into bite-size pieces. Cut the boiled egg and cherry tomatoes into halves.
  2. Put the potato and broccoli in a microwave-proof dish and cover lightly with plastic wrap, then cook in a microwave oven at 600 W for 3 to 4 minutes.
