Directions
- Cut the beef into large dices, rub [A] onto the beef pieces, and leave for 30 minutes.
- Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry [1]. When the beef turns brown on all sides, sprinkle the curry powder and stir-fry. Add the sake and let it come to a boil.
- Move [2] into a pot together with the soup. Add the specified amount of hot water and [B]. When it comes to a boil, braise for 40 to 50 minutes over low heat.
- Take out the beef when it is cooked through and tender. Taste the remaining soup, and if it needs more taste, add salt.
- Boil the bok choy.
- Cook the noodles.
- Put the noodles in a bowl, place the beef and bok choy on top, and pour the soup over the noodles.
