Baked Onigiri UMAMI TOPPING

Ingredients (2 servings *makes 4)

Rice (cooked) 400g
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil 6 tsp
Edamame 40g
Cheese (melting type) 4 pieces

Directions

  1. Mix 6 teaspoons of S&B UMAMI TOPPING and edamame (shelled) into the rice.
  2. Divide the rice into 4 portions and take out 1 portion.
    Make a dent in the center, put one piece of the cheese into it, cover the cheese with rice, and shape the rice into a triangular ball. Perform this step 4 times.
  3. Grill the rice balls in a toaster until the surface is crisp.
