Directions
- Spread butter on one side of the bread slices.
- Combine the cheese and the UMAMI TOPPING well. *If the cheese is stuck together or clumpy, cut it into slices.
- Heat a frying pan and fry two slices of bread over low heat.
- When one side is crisp, turn it over. Put 【2】 on one of the slices and then put the other slice over it. Slowly fry the sandwich while flipping it on occasion.
*TIPS* Drain some oil out of UMAMI TOPPING for better results.
