Directions
- Mince the garlic, onion, and celery.
Cut the tomatoes into 7 to 8 mm dices. Cut the green bell peppers into 5 mm dices.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the minced garlic, onion, and celery.
Once the vegetables become tender, add the ground beef and stir-fry to cook through.
Add the tomatoes and 【A】 and stir-fry until the tomatoes have broken down and become a thick sauce. Add the bell peppers.
- Heat the taco shells. (Bake in the oven heated to 180°C for 5 to 7 minutes)
- First put lettuce, then 【2】 in 【3】.
Put on red onions, tomatoes, salsa mexicana, and guacamole, then sprinkle with the flakes of your choice.
