Tacos UMAMI TOPPING Wasabi, and Chili Flakes

Ingredients (For 9 servings)

Ground beef 300g
Garlic 10g
Onion 100g
Celery 40g
Olive oil 1 Tbsp (12g)
Tomato 150g
【A】 Tomato ketchup 2 Tbsp
Salt 6g
Black pepper 0.4g
Cumin powder 0.4g
Coriander powder 0.4g
Bell pepper 1.0g
Whole dried oregano 1.2g
Green bell pepper 40g
Leaf lettuce 10g x 12
Red onion 10g x 12
Tomato 8g x 12
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Flake Type Wasabi 100g As needed
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Flake Type Chili 100g As needed
Salsa mexicana As needed
Guacamole As needed

Directions

  1. Mince the garlic, onion, and celery.
    Cut the tomatoes into 7 to 8 mm dices. Cut the green bell peppers into 5 mm dices.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the minced garlic, onion, and celery.
    Once the vegetables become tender, add the ground beef and stir-fry to cook through.
    Add the tomatoes and 【A】 and stir-fry until the tomatoes have broken down and become a thick sauce. Add the bell peppers.
  3. Heat the taco shells. (Bake in the oven heated to 180°C for 5 to 7 minutes)
  4. First put lettuce, then 【2】 in 【3】.
    Put on red onions, tomatoes, salsa mexicana, and guacamole, then sprinkle with the flakes of your choice.
