Udon Noodle Soup with Aburaage

Directions
- Put 【A】 in a pot, and bring to a boil.
【Aburaage (fried tofu) 】
- Put and mix 【B】 in another pot, and bring to a boil. Then, put the aburaage in the pot and simmer over low heat.
- Turn off the heat when the liquid in ① is reduced to 1/3, and let it cool.
- Put the Udon noodles with 【Aburaage】 on top in a bowl, pour the soup from 【1】 into the bowl, and garnish with the chopped green onions.
Sprinkle with desired amount of S&B Assorted Chili Pepper (Nanami Togarashi) and enjoy.
