Udon Noodle Soup with Aburaage

Ingredients (2 servings)

Udon noodles 2 servings
【A】 Water 600 ml
S&B Japanese Seasoning and Soup Mix (Oden No Moto) 1/2 sachet (10 g)
【Aburaage (fried tofu) 】 Aburaage (fried tofu) 2
【B】 Water 100 ml
Sugar 2 Tbsp
Soy sauce 2 Tbsp
Long green onion (chopped) 10 g
S&B Assorted Chili Pepper (Nanami Togarashi) As needed

Directions

  1. Put 【A】 in a pot, and bring to a boil.
    【Aburaage (fried tofu) 】
    1. Put and mix 【B】 in another pot, and bring to a boil. Then, put the aburaage in the pot and simmer over low heat.
    2. Turn off the heat when the liquid in ① is reduced to 1/3, and let it cool.
  2. Put the Udon noodles with 【Aburaage】 on top in a bowl, pour the soup from 【1】 into the bowl, and garnish with the chopped green onions.
    Sprinkle with desired amount of S&B Assorted Chili Pepper (Nanami Togarashi) and enjoy.
