Soupless Dandan noodles

Ingredients (2 servings)

Ramen noodles 2 servings
Ground pork 200g
Sesame oil 1 Tbsp
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Flake Type Chili 100g 2 Tbsp
Potherb mustard As needed
Murasaki daikon (Japanese red radish) As needed
Cilantro 20g
Red onion 50g
【A】 Sweet pickle relish 1 Tbsp
Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
Ground white sesame 3 Tbsp
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Flake Type Chili 100g 1 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the ground pork. When the meat is cooked, add UMAMI flakes and lightly stir-fry.
  2. Finely chop the cilantro. Roughly mince the red onion.
  3. Combine 【2】 and 【A】 in a large bowl.
  4. Boil the noodles and drain. Add the noodles to 【3】 and mix well.
  5. Serve with 【1】 on 【4】 and add the potherb mustard and murasaki daikon as garnish.
