고기 우동 (UMAMI TOPPING)

Ingredients (2 servings)

Cooked udon noodles 2 servings
[Soup]
Soup stock 600ml
Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
[Sweet & Savory Beef]
Shaved beef 200g
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Sake (or red wine) 2 tbsp
Green onions (chopped) As needed
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil YUZU As needed

만드는 법

  1. [Sweet & Savory Beef]
    Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
    Combine the soy sauce, sugar, and sake in a pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Add the beef, and while loosening it, simmer until the liquid has evaporated.
  2. [Soup]
    Pour the soup stock into another pan. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and salt, and bring to a boil.
  3. Serve hot udon in a bowl, pour over the piping-hot [2], and top with [1], UMAMI TOPPING, and chopped green onions.
