| [Salsa Mexicana] Tomatoes (roughly chopped) | 200g |

- Prepare [Salsa Mexicana].
Combine and mix all the ingredients together. - Cut the beef into strips and mix salt, pepper, and curry powder with the meat well.
Roughly mince the onion, tomatoes, and green bell pepper. - Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the beef.
Once the beef has browned, add red wine and coat the beef with the wine.
Add the onion, tomatoes, and green bell pepper and stir-fry briefly. - Warm up the tortillas (in a frying pan, etc.).
