Avocado & Spicy Pollock Roe Bowl

Rice (cooked) As needed
Avocado 1/2
Egg 1
Cooking oil Pinch
S&B MENTAIKO PASTE (SPICY POLLOCK ROE) As needed
Seaweed sheet As needed
Sesame As needed
Sesame oil 1 tsp

Directions

  1. Slice the avocado. Make a sunny-side up fried egg.
  2. Put rice in a bowl and top it with avocado, sunny-side up fried egg, S&B MENTAIKO PASTE, and seaweed sheet.
    Sprinkle sesame seeds and pour the sesame oil over the ingredients.
