Celery 40g
Radish 30g
Red onion 25g
Bologna sausage 40g
Lettuce 50g
Salt Pinch
Pepper Pinch
White wine vinegar 2 tsp
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil SPICY 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp

만드는 법

  1. If preferred, cook the corn, then remove the kernels from the cob
  2. Cut [A] into pieces about the same size as the corn kernels
  3. Put [1], [2], salt, pepper, and white wine vinegar into a bowl and mix.
  4. Add UMAMI TOPPING and mix.
