Tuna Steak with Wasabi Sauce

Directions
- Sprinkle salt over the tuna.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sear the surface of the tuna.
- Prepare the [Sauce].
Put the egg yolk into a bowl and slowly add the olive oil as you mix well using a whisk.
Add [A] and mix well.
- Cut the vegetables into easy-to-eat sizes. Slice [1] and put the slices on a plate along with the vegetables.
Serve with the sauce.
