Tuna Steak with Wasabi Sauce

Ingredients (2 servings)

Tuna (sashimi grade) 200g
Salt Pinch
Olive oil 1 tsp
[Sauce]
Egg yolk 1
Olive oil 4 Tbsp
[A]
Vinegar 2 Tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper Pinch
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce 1/4 tsp
S&B Wasabi Paste 30g
Radish As needed
Cucumber As needed
Leaf lettuce (or lettuce of your choice) As needed

Directions

  1. Sprinkle salt over the tuna.
    Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sear the surface of the tuna.
  2. Prepare the [Sauce].
    Put the egg yolk into a bowl and slowly add the olive oil as you mix well using a whisk.
    Add [A] and mix well.
  3. Cut the vegetables into easy-to-eat sizes. Slice [1] and put the slices on a plate along with the vegetables.
    Serve with the sauce.
