Garlic Mabo tofu

Ingredients (2 servings)

Tofu (cut into 1.5 cm dices) 300g
Ground pork 150g
Onion (minced) 50g
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil 3 Tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tsp
Tianmian sauce
*Tomato ketchup 1 Tbsp + Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
1 Tbsp
Hot water 200m
Potato starch 1 Tbsp
Long green onions (chive) As needed


  1. Roughly mince the onion. Cut the tofu into 1.5 cm dices.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the ground pork.
    Add the UMAMI TOPPING and onions, and continue to stir-fry. When the ingredients are well-blended, add oyster sauce and Tianmian sauce, then lightly stir-fry.
  3. Add the hot water and tofu, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Mix the starch in the same amount of water (1 tbsp) and add to the pan to thicken the sauce. Sprinkle the chopped long green onions (chive).
    *You can substitute Tianmian sauce with 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup and 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce for a similarly delicious flavor.
