Ingredients (2 servings)
Tofu (cut into 1.5 cm dices) | 300g |

Onion (minced) | 50g |
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil | 3 Tbsp |
Oyster sauce | 1 tsp |
Tianmian sauce *Tomato ketchup 1 Tbsp + Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp |
1 Tbsp |
Hot water | 200m |
Potato starch | 1 Tbsp |
Long green onions (chive) | As needed |
Directions
- Roughly mince the onion. Cut the tofu into 1.5 cm dices.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the ground pork.
Add the UMAMI TOPPING and onions, and continue to stir-fry. When the ingredients are well-blended, add oyster sauce and Tianmian sauce, then lightly stir-fry. - Add the hot water and tofu, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Mix the starch in the same amount of water (1 tbsp) and add to the pan to thicken the sauce. Sprinkle the chopped long green onions (chive).
*You can substitute Tianmian sauce with 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup and 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce for a similarly delicious flavor.
