| Olive oil | 1/2 Tbsp |
| Lime juice | 2 tsp |
| Avocado | As needed |
| Lemon juice | As needed |
| Onion | As needed |
| Tomato | As needed |
| Cilantro | As needed |
| Mesclun greens | As needed |

| Tomato | 200g |
| Jalapeño pepper | 1/4 |
| Onion | 100g |
| Garlic | 1/4 clove |
| Cilantro | 5 to 6 stalks |
| Salt | Pinch |
| Oregano | 1/2 tsp |
Directions
- Salt and pepper the beef. Heat oil in the frying pan and cook the beef to your preference. Cut the beef into 7 to 8-mm slices. Mix with lime juice.
- Cut the avocado into dices and mix with lemon juice. Roughly mince the onion. Dice the tomato and mince the cilantro.
- Finely chop the tomato, Jalapeño pepper, onion, garlic, and cilantro for the salsa. Add salt and oregano, and mix together with S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil.
- Warm up the tortillas in a frying pan.
- Put mesclun greens, 【1】, and 【2】 on 【4】, pour 【3】 over it, and serve.
