Salmon (sashimi grade) 250g
【A】 Wasabi 1 Tbsp
Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
Mirin 1 Tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Sesame oil 2 tsp
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Flake Type Wasabi 100g 1 Tbsp
Radish 50g
Carrot 100g
Red cabbage 100g
Curly lettuce 4
Avocado 1
Lemon juice As needed
Rice 200g x 2

Directions

  1. Combine 【A】 and mix well.
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-size pieces and mix 【1】 well.
  3. Cut the radish into thin slices, and shred the carrot and red cabbage. Cut the curly lettuce into easy-to-eat sizes. Remove the pit from the avocado and cut it into 2 cm dices. Mix with lemon juice.
