Grilled Chicken with Wasabi Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients (2 servings)

Chicken breast Approx. 500g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper Pinch
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
Mesclun greens As needed
Watercress As needed
【Wasabi Flavored Honey Mustard Sauce】 Honey 1/2 Tbsp
Whole-grain mustard 1 Tbsp
Lemon juice 1 Tbsp
S&B Wasabi Paste 2 tsp

Directions

  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken breast. Leave it for 20 minutes to bring it to room temperature.
    Cut 1 cm-deep slits into the chicken.
  2. Combine the ingredients for 【Wasabi Flavored Honey Mustard Sauce】 in a small bowl.

  3. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and put in the chicken breasts with the skin side down.
    Cover with lid and cook well for 15 minutes. Wipe off the fat and turn the chicken breasts over. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Take the chicken out of the pan and leave for 2 to 3 minutes. Cut the chicken into easy-to-eat sizes.
  5. Wash and dry the mesclun greens and watercress.
    Put the chicken from 【4】 on top and pour the 【Wasabi Flavored Honey Mustard Sauce】 over it to serve.
