Sour cream | 3 Tbsp |
Lemon juice | 1 Tbsp |

Directions
- Put 【Wasabi Sauce】in a bowl and mix. Refrigerate until cold.
- Cut the avocado into 1-cm dices and squeeze the lemon over the avocados to prevent browning.
Cut the salmon into 1-cm dices and cucumber into 0.5-cm dices. - Put the salmon, avocado and cucumber in a bowl and toss in 【1】.
- Place the rice on a bowl. Top with salad green, 【3】 and lemon slices.
- Serve with extra soy sauce and Wasabi Sauce as desired.
