Salmon Poke Bowl with Wasabi Sauce

Ingredients (4 servings)

Salmon 200 g
Avocado (diced) 2
Cucumber (diced) 1
Soy sauce
1 Tbsp
White rice (cooked) 600 g
Salad greens As needed
Lemon (sliced) As needed
Broccoli sprouts As needed
Edamame (boiled, peeled) As needed
【Wasabi Sauce】 S&B Wasabi Paste 1-1/2 Tbsp
Sour cream 3 Tbsp
Lemon juice 1 Tbsp
Garlic (grated) 1 tsp
Salt Pinch


  1. Put 【Wasabi Sauce】in a bowl and mix. Refrigerate until cold.
  2. Cut the avocado into 1-cm dices and squeeze the lemon over the avocados to prevent browning.
    Cut the salmon into 1-cm dices and cucumber into 0.5-cm dices.
  3. Put the salmon, avocado and cucumber in a bowl and toss in 【1】.
  4. Place the rice on a bowl. Top with salad green, 【3】 and lemon slices.
  5. Serve with extra soy sauce and Wasabi Sauce as desired.
