Wasabi flavored Rolled Barley Flakes Salad

Rolled barley flakes (boiled) |

Directions
- Put the rolled barley flakes in boiling water and boil for 10 minutes. Drain well in a colander. Drain the red kidney beans.
Cut the red onion and celery into 7-8 mm dices and put them in cold water for 10 minutes. Drain well.
- Cut the cauliflower and green beans into 7-8 mm dices. Boil them briefly together and drain well in a colander.
- Cut the bologna sausage into 7-8 mm dices. Chop the walnuts roughly into 7-8 mm chunks.
- Cut the curly lettuce into 2-3 cm pieces.
Put the lettuce in cold water briefly to make them crisp, then drain thoroughly.
- Mix 【A】 well.
- Combine 【1】 and 【2】 in a large bowl and mix in the oil.
Add 【5】 and mix well. Add white wine vinegar and mix, then add 【3】.
- Put 【4】 into a dish and serve 【6】 over it.
