Wasabi flavored Rolled Barley Flakes Salad

Ingredients (6-8 servings)

Rolled barley flakes (boiled) 60 g
Canned red kidney beans (drained) 100 g
Red onion (7-8 mm dices) 50 g
Celery (7-8 mm dices) 50 g
Cauliflower (7-8 mm dices) 100 g
Green beans (7-8 mm dices) 50 g
Bologna sausage (7-8 mm dices) 50 g
Walnuts (7-8 mm dices) 25 g
Curly lettuce (2-3 cm pieces) 100 g
【A】 S&B Seasoning Mix (Wasabi Garlic Edamame) 20 g
Water 20 ml
White wine vinegar 45 g

Directions

  1. Put the rolled barley flakes in boiling water and boil for 10 minutes. Drain well in a colander. Drain the red kidney beans.
    Cut the red onion and celery into 7-8 mm dices and put them in cold water for 10 minutes. Drain well.
  2. Cut the cauliflower and green beans into 7-8 mm dices. Boil them briefly together and drain well in a colander.
  3. Cut the bologna sausage into 7-8 mm dices. Chop the walnuts roughly into 7-8 mm chunks.
  4. Cut the curly lettuce into 2-3 cm pieces.
    Put the lettuce in cold water briefly to make them crisp, then drain thoroughly.
  5. Mix 【A】 well.
  6. Combine 【1】 and 【2】 in a large bowl and mix in the oil.
    Add 【5】 and mix well. Add white wine vinegar and mix, then add 【3】.
  7. Put 【4】 into a dish and serve 【6】 over it.
