Directions
- Prepare the patties. Mince the onion and mix with panko. Add ground beef, black pepper, and salt, and mix lightly. Add S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil and combine the mixture.
Divide the patty mixture into four. Make them into balls, press them flat, and form them into patties slightly larger than the buns. Sauté the patties with vegetable oil until brown.
- Sauté the bacon. Slice the tomato into 1 cm-thick slices. Tear the lettuce into bite-size pieces.
- Toast the buns until lightly browned and spread butter. Put the patty, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese on the buns.
- Fry the French fries until crisp. Drain the oil from the fries.
Combine the wasabi paste and mayonnaise for dipping sauce.
- Serve the hamburgers and French fries on plates and add the wasabi mayonnaise sauce and S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil.
