Grilled salmon (bite-size pieces) |

Directions
- Put half the amount of S&B UMAMI TOPPING in the center and make a rice ball. Make 2 rice balls and fry both sides in a frying pan until both sides are brown.
- Put [1] in a bowl and pour green tea over it. Top it with salmon, seaweed, and green onion.
