Ochazuke (Green Tea Over Umami Topping Grilled Onigiri)

Ingredients (2 servings)

Rice (cooked) 100g x 2
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil 1 Tbsp
Grilled salmon (bite-size pieces) 2 pieces
Crushed seaweed As needed
Long green onion (chopped) As needed
Warm green tea 200ml

Directions

  1. Put half the amount of S&B UMAMI TOPPING in the center and make a rice ball. Make 2 rice balls and fry both sides in a frying pan until both sides are brown.
  2. Put [1] in a bowl and pour green tea over it. Top it with salmon, seaweed, and green onion.
