American Breakfast with UMAMI TOPPING

Directions
- Sift together the cake flour and baking powder.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the granulated sugar. Whip the mixture over a double-boil. When the mixture starts to thicken, remove it from double-boil and whisk it until it is firm and frothy.
- Add 【1】 to 【2】 in two parts and mix by cutting in with a spatula instead of kneading. After mixing until there is no powdery part left, add milk and mix again.
- Melt butter in the frying pan over heat. Pour in 【3】 in serving size and cook over low heat. When you start seeing bubbles on the surface of the mixture, turn over, and cook it lightly.
【Toppings】
- Fry the eggs sunny-side up in a different frying pan.
- Cook the bacon until crisp and grill the sausages.
- Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and fry them with 【A】.
- Serve 【4】 on plates with the 【Toppings】 over them and garnish with Italian parsley.
Top with plenty of S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil.
