Wasabi Flavor Poke Bowl

Ingredients (2 servings)

Avocado (1.5-cm cubes) 1
Tuna (Sashimi grade, 1.5-cm cubes) 160 g
【Wasabi mixture】 Soy sauce 2 Tbsp
Mirin 1 Tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
S&B Wasabi Tube 1 tsp
White sesame seeds As needed
Your choice of vegetables (cucamber, radish, carrot / bite-sized)
As needed
Rice (cooked) 2 servings
Green onion (chopped) As needed


  1. 【Preparation】 Put the mirin in a pan and bring to a boil to evaporate alcohol. Let it cool.
  2. Finely chop the green onion. Cut the tuna and avocado into 1.5-cm cubes.
  3. Cut the choice of vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, S&B Wasabi Tube and sesame seeds into a bowl.
    Put the tuna and mix well. Refrigerate for 15 min to marinade.
  5. Add the avocado into 【4】 and toss lightly. Place the rice in a bowl and top with the salmon poke.
    Garnish with chopped green onions.
