Directions
- 【Preparation】 Put the mirin in a pan and bring to a boil to evaporate alcohol. Let it cool.
- Finely chop the green onion. Cut the tuna and avocado into 1.5-cm cubes.
- Cut the choice of vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Stir in the soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, S&B Wasabi Tube and sesame seeds into a bowl.
Put the tuna and mix well. Refrigerate for 15 min to marinade.
- Add the avocado into 【4】 and toss lightly. Place the rice in a bowl and top with the salmon poke.
Garnish with chopped green onions.
