【Wasabi Guacamole】
Avocado |

【Curry Salsa】
Tomatoes (cut into 7 mm dices) |
150 g |
Red onion (minced) |

S&B Oriental Curry Powder |

Directions
【Wasabi Guacamole】
- Roughly mash the avocado and mix with the S&B Wasabi Paste and lemon juice.
- Season to taste with salt and white pepper.
【Curry Salsa】
- Chop the tomatoes into 7-mm dices and mince the red onion, garlic and cilantro.
- Put all vegetables into a bowl. Add the oregano, soy sauce, S&B Oriental Curry Powder, white wine vinegar and olive oil into the bowl, and mix well.
【Serve the tortilla chips with dipping sauses】
- Serve the tortilla chips with the 【Wasabi Guacamole】 and 【Curry Salsa】.
