Nacho Dips: Wasabi Guacamole & Curry Salsa

Ingredients (Easy-to-prepare amount)

Tortilla chips As needed
【Wasabi Guacamole】 Avocado 1
S&B Wasabi Paste 1/2 Tbsp (desired amount)
Lemon juice 1 Tbsp
Salt Pinch
White pepper As needed
【Curry Salsa】 Tomatoes (cut into 7 mm dices) 150 g
Red onion (minced) 50 g
Garlic (minced) 1 tsp
Cilantro (chopped) As needed
Oregano 3/4 tsp
Soy sauce 1/4 tsp
S&B Oriental Curry Powder 1 1/2 Tbsp
White wine vinegar 1 Tbsp
Olive oil 2 Tbsp


【Wasabi Guacamole】

  1. Roughly mash the avocado and mix with the S&B Wasabi Paste and lemon juice.
  2. Season to taste with salt and white pepper.

【Curry Salsa】

  1. Chop the tomatoes into 7-mm dices and mince the red onion, garlic and cilantro.
  2. Put all vegetables into a bowl. Add the oregano, soy sauce, S&B Oriental Curry Powder, white wine vinegar and olive oil into the bowl, and mix well.

【Serve the tortilla chips with dipping sauses】

  1. Serve the tortilla chips with the 【Wasabi Guacamole】 and 【Curry Salsa】.
