Roast Beef Salad with Wasabi Sauce Trio (Salad Dressing)

【A】 Salted wasabi sauce

Directions
- Allow the meat to reach room temperature. Rub the meat with salt and sugar and leave for about 15 minutes.
- Put vegetable oil into a frying pan and saute the beef over medium heat for 4 minutes on each wide side, and 2 minutes on each narrow side.
- Double-wrap the roast in aluminum foil. Wrap the aluminum foil-wrapped roast in a towel and let it sit for about 40 minutes before slicing.
【Sauce】
- Mix together the ingredients listed for each of the three sauces to make three different wasabi sauces.
- Wash and drain the vegetables for the salad.
Put as many slices of roast beef as you like on the salad. Enjoy with a sauce of your choice.
