| Salmon (without skin) | 400 g |

| 【A】 Soy sauce | 1 Tbsp |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Tbsp |
| Sugar | 1 Tbsp |
| S&B Wasabi Paste | 2 Tbsp |
| Tobiko fish eggs | 2 Tbsp |
| Sriracha sauce | As needed |
| 【Garnish】 Broccolini (baby broccoli) | As needed |
| Colorful cherry tomatoes | As needed |
| Basil (dried) | As needed |
| Olive oil | As needed |
| Rice | As needed |
Directions
- Put the salmon on an oven sheet, brush with mixture of 【A】, top with Tobiko (flying fish roe), and coat with sriracha sauce.
- Bake the salmon in an oven heated to 180℃ (360℉) for 20 minutes.
- 【Garnish】 Heat olive oil in a frying pan, stir-fry the broccolini and colorful cherry tomatoes, and then sprinkle with basil.
- Serve the cooked rice, the salmon in 【2】 and the garnish in 【3】 on a plate.
