Grilled Tofu Steak with Crunchy Garlic

Firm tofu |
350 g |
Flour

Garlic (grated) |

Directions
- Wrap the tofu with paper towel and leave for 15 min to drain (or wrap the tofu with paper towel and microwave for 2-3 min to drain).
Cut into four pieces and coat with flour on both sides.
- Mix the grated garlic and sesame oil to make a garlic sesame oil. Heat the garlic sesame oil until fragrant. Add the tofu and cook until brown both sides.
- Season the tofu with salt and place on a plate. Drizzle with S&B Umami Topping Crunchy Garlic generously.
