Grilled Tofu Steak with Crunchy Garlic

Ingredients (2 servings)

Firm tofu 350 g
As needed
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil 110g As needed
Garlic (grated) 1/2 tsp
Sesame oil 5 tsp


  1. Wrap the tofu with paper towel and leave for 15 min to drain (or wrap the tofu with paper towel and microwave for 2-3 min to drain).
    Cut into four pieces and coat with flour on both sides.
  2. Mix the grated garlic and sesame oil to make a garlic sesame oil. Heat the garlic sesame oil until fragrant. Add the tofu and cook until brown both sides.
  3. Season the tofu with salt and place on a plate. Drizzle with S&B Umami Topping Crunchy Garlic generously.
