Shrimp Al Ajillo with Crunchy Garlic

Ingredients (2 servings)

Olive oil 100 ml
Garlic (sliced)
2 cloves
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil 110g As needed
Mushroom (cut into half) 50 g
Shrimp (peeled and deveined) 100 g
Italian parsley (chopped) As needed
Baguette As needed

Directions

  1. Peel and devein the shrimp.
  2. Slice the garlic and cut the mushrooms into half.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the garlic. Cook until garlic is aromatic and add the shrimp. Simmer until shrimp is cooked.
  4. Drizzle with S&B Umami Topping Crunchy Garlic generously. Top with the chopped Italian parsley and serve with the bread.
