Shrimp Al Ajillo with Crunchy Garlic
Ingredients (2 servings)
|S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil 110g
|Mushroom (cut into half)
|Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
|Italian parsley (chopped)
- Peel and devein the shrimp.
- Slice the garlic and cut the mushrooms into half.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the garlic. Cook until garlic is aromatic and add the shrimp. Simmer until shrimp is cooked.
- Drizzle with S&B Umami Topping Crunchy Garlic generously. Top with the chopped Italian parsley and serve with the bread.
