Wasabi Flavored Fried Potato


Ingredients (4 servings)

Potato (bite-size pieces) 3-4
S&B Wasabi Garlic Edamame Seasoning Mix 24 g 1/2-1 package
Vegetable oil 5-6 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Peel the potato and cut into bite-size pieces. Put them in cold water and drain.
  2. Place the potatoes on a flat microwave-safe plate and microwave, covered for approx. 4 min in a 600-watt microwave oven.
  3. Paper dry the potatoes. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, add the potatoes and cook until crisp. Drain excess oil.
  4. Transfer the potaoes to a bowl. Add Wasabi Garlic Edamame Seasoning Mix and toss, then serve.
    Try this recipe with carrot, broccoli or any favorite vegetables instead of potatoes.
