Wasabi Flavored Fried Potato

Directions
- Peel the potato and cut into bite-size pieces. Put them in cold water and drain.
- Place the potatoes on a flat microwave-safe plate and microwave, covered for approx. 4 min in a 600-watt microwave oven.
- Paper dry the potatoes. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, add the potatoes and cook until crisp. Drain excess oil.
- Transfer the potaoes to a bowl. Add Wasabi Garlic Edamame Seasoning Mix and toss, then serve.
Try this recipe with carrot, broccoli or any favorite vegetables instead of potatoes.
