Umami Topping Crunchy Garlic Carbonara Udon

Directions
- Mix 【A】 in a bowl. Cut the broccoli into small pieces.
- Cut the bacon into thin slices. Cook in a pan until the fat in the bacon renders. Add Umami Topping Crunchy Garlic, then turn off the heat.
- Add the cooked and drained udon into 【2】 and toss quickly. Add 【1】 and warm over very low heat.
- Serve hot with Umami Topping Crunchy Garlic on top as desired.
