Umami Topping Crunchy Garlic Carbonara Udon

Ingredients (2 servings)

Udon (frozen) or any noodles 2 servings
Bacon 60 g
Broccoli 60 g
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil 110g
6 tsp
【A】 Egg yolk
2
Milk 3 Tbsp
Dairy cream 2 Tbsp
Grated cheese
1 Tbsp
Salt
Pinch

Directions

  1. Mix 【A】 in a bowl. Cut the broccoli into small pieces.
  2. Cut the bacon into thin slices. Cook in a pan until the fat in the bacon renders. Add Umami Topping Crunchy Garlic, then turn off the heat.
  3. Add the cooked and drained udon into 【2】 and toss quickly. Add 【1】 and warm over very low heat.
  4. Serve hot with Umami Topping Crunchy Garlic on top as desired.
