English muffin

Directions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk. Add the salt, pepper and dairy cream and mix well.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the egg mixture. Stir widely until the eggs are set.
- Split the English muffin and toast them.
- Cut the bacon in half and cook in a pan lightly.
- Place the muffins on a plate, top with the bacon, cheese and scrambled eggs. Drizzle with Umami Topping Crunchy Garlic, then cover with the remaining muffin half.
