Breakfast Sandwich with Umami Topping Crunchy Garlic

Ingredients (2 servings)

English muffin
【Scrambled eggs】 Egg
Salt Pinch
Pepper Pinch
Dairy cream
1 Tbsp
Butter 10 g
Bacon 2
Cheese (sliced)
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil 110g
As needed
Salad greens

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk. Add the salt, pepper and dairy cream and mix well.
    Melt the butter in a pan and add the egg mixture. Stir widely until the eggs are set.
  2. Split the English muffin and toast them.
  3. Cut the bacon in half and cook in a pan lightly.
  4. Place the muffins on a plate, top with the bacon, cheese and scrambled eggs. Drizzle with Umami Topping Crunchy Garlic, then cover with the remaining muffin half.
