Wasabi Flavored Corn & Cheese

4 servings (Approx. 20 cm-size skillet)

Corn kernels 200 g / 7 oz
Onion (minced) 50 g / 1.8 oz
Red bell pepper (roughly minced) 50 g / 1.8 oz
Butter 1 Tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp
S&B Wasabi Paste 1 Tbsp
Cheese (melting type) Desired amount


  1. Roughly mince the onion and red bell pepper.
  2. Stir-fry【1】and the corn with the butter until the excess moisture of the vegetables is gone (approx. 5 min). Mix it with the mayonnaise and S&B Wasabi Paste.
  3. Put the desired amount of cheese over【2】.
  4. Bake it in an oven until golden brown.
  5. Serve S&B Wasabi Paste on a small plate as desired.
