Wasabi Flavored Beef & Celery Fried Rice

Directions
- Cut the beef into 1 cm pieces. Thinly slice the celery and sprinkle 1/2 tsp of salt. Leave it for a while and then drain the excess moisture.
- Beat the eggs and mix with S&B Wasabi Paste and the sesame seeds.
- Heat 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and pour【2】in. Cook it so it becomes fluffy and take it out of the frying pan.
- Heat 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil in the frying pan used in【3】over medium heat and stir-fry【1】. Once the excess moisture of the celery evaporates, add the warm cooked rice. Stir-fry until the ingredients become separate (not sticky), then put【3】back in and mix quickly.
- Mix the ingredients of【A】and pour it along the frying pan edge. Stir-fry quickly to finish.
