Wasabi Flavored Beef & Celery Fried Rice

Ingredients (2 servings)

Beef (1 cm pieces) 100 g / 3.5 oz
Celery (thinly sliced) 200 g / 7 oz
Salt 1/2 tsp
Egg (beaten) 2
S&B Wasabi Paste 1/2 Tbsp
Roasted white sesame 1 Tbsp
Warm cooked rice 300 g
Vegetable oil 2 Tbsp
Salt Pinch
Black pepper Pinch
【A】 Soy sauce 1/2 Tbsp
S&B Wasabi Paste 1/2 Tbsp


  1. Cut the beef into 1 cm pieces. Thinly slice the celery and sprinkle 1/2 tsp of salt. Leave it for a while and then drain the excess moisture.
  2. Beat the eggs and mix with S&B Wasabi Paste and the sesame seeds.
  3. Heat 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and pour【2】in. Cook it so it becomes fluffy and take it out of the frying pan.
  4. Heat 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil in the frying pan used in【3】over medium heat and stir-fry【1】. Once the excess moisture of the celery evaporates, add the warm cooked rice. Stir-fry until the ingredients become separate (not sticky), then put【3】back in and mix quickly.
  5. Mix the ingredients of【A】and pour it along the frying pan edge. Stir-fry quickly to finish.
