Wasabi Flavored Sweet & Salty Glazed Chicken

Chicken middle wings |

Directions
- Mix the ingredients of 【A】 and make S&B Wasabi Paste blend in with the soy sauce. Rub it into the chicken and leave for 20 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then put【1】 in and sauté until golden brown. Add the sake and bring it to a boil. Then, add the sugar, soy sauce, and the specified amount of hot water.
- Place a small lid directly on the food and simmer for about 20 minutes until most of the moisture is gone.
- Add S&B Wasabi Paste and coat the chicken with the sauce, then bring to a boil. Serve the chicken on a plate with the Italian parsley.
