Wasabi Flavored Sweet & Salty Glazed Chicken

Ingredients (3-4 servings)

Chicken middle wings 12 (500-600 g) (2 chicken thighs if used as an alternative)
【A】 Soy sauce 1/2 Tbsp
S&B Wasabi Paste 1/2 Tbsp
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
Sake 3 Tbsp
Sugar 1 Tbsp
Soy sauce 1,1/2 Tbsp
Hot water 200 ml
S&B Wasabi Paste 1 Tbsp
Italian parsley As needed


  1. Mix the ingredients of 【A】 and make S&B Wasabi Paste blend in with the soy sauce. Rub it into the chicken and leave for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then put【1】 in and sauté until golden brown. Add the sake and bring it to a boil. Then, add the sugar, soy sauce, and the specified amount of hot water.
  3. Place a small lid directly on the food and simmer for about 20 minutes until most of the moisture is gone.
  4. Add S&B Wasabi Paste and coat the chicken with the sauce, then bring to a boil. Serve the chicken on a plate with the Italian parsley.
