Buckwheat Noodle Salad

Ingredients (2 servings)

Buckwheat noodles or boiled noodles of your choice (pasta can also be used) 2 servings
Salad vegetables of your choice (avocado, red onion, chives, mesclun greens, amaranth (Chinese spinach), lime) 200 g
Meat, fish, or prawns/shrimps of your choice (boiled chicken can also be used) Desired amount
【A】Wasabi flavored buckwheat noodle salad dressing Soy sauce 2 Tbsp
Honey 1 1/2 Tbsp
White wine vinegar 2 Tbsp
Chicken bouillon 1 tsp
Water 300 ml
S&B Wasabi Paste 1 1/2 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Prepare salad vegetables of your choice into bite-sizes, put into water, and drain well. Boil prawns or shrimps if used.
  2. Mix the ingredients of 【A】 other than S&B Wasabi Paste. Once the honey has dissolved, add S&B Wasabi Paste and blend well.
  3. Boil the buckwheat noodles (or noodles of your choice) according to the package directions and put into cold water. Drain off water and serve in a bowl.
  4. Serve【1】on top of【3】and pour【2】over the dish. Serve S&B Wasabi Paste on a small separate plate as desired.
