Greek-style Wasabi Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients (Easy-to-prepare amount)

【Sauce】 Greek-style yogurt 250 ml
Cucumber (seeds removed and minced) 1
Red onion (minced) 50 g / 1.8 oz
Dill (chopped) 1 Tbsp
S&B Wasabi Paste 1 Tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice 2 Tbsp
Olive oil 2 Tbsp
【Salad】 Boiled chicken breast (cut into 1 cm pieces) 1
Red cabbage (cut into 1 cm pieces) 100 g / 3.5 oz
Red bell pepper (cut into 1 cm pieces) 50 g / 1.8 oz
Yellow bell pepper (cut into 1 cm pieces) 50 g / 1.8 oz
Chickpeas (boiled) 50 g / 1.8 oz
Arugula (cut into bite-size pieces) 50 g / 1.8 oz
Black olives (roughly minced) 8
Pita bread As needed

Directions

  1. Cut the cucumber into halves lengthwise and remove seeds using a spoon, and mince it. Mince the red onion and chop the dill.
  2. Mix【1】and S&B Wasabi Paste with the yogurt, season with the salt and lemon juice, and add the oil to make the source.
  3. Cut all the salad ingredients into the specified sizes, add the chickpeas, and mix all the ingredients.
