Sweet and Spicy Cold Soba with Umami Topping

S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil |

【Noodle soup】
Soy sauce |
2 Tbsp |
Sweet sake (mirin) |
2 Tbsp |

Directions
- Put ingredients of 【Noodle soup】 in a pan and bring to a boil. Then cool it down.
- Put ingredients of 【A】 in an another pan. Add onion, and turn the heat on.
After it comes to a boil, add pork.
Simmer until the liquid almost evaporates, stirring constantly.
- Turn the heat off, add S&B UMAMI TOPPING and mix well.
- Boil soba noodles with plenty of hot water.
Rinse under cold water and drain thoroughly. Plate the noodles.
- Put ③ on the noodles and top with green onion and cucumber. Pour 【Noodle soup】 of ① over it.
