Dipping Ramen Noodles (Tsukemen) with Umami Topping

Ingredients (4 servings)

【Dipping sauce】 S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil 110g 1 jar
S&B Japanese Seasoning and Soup Mix (Oden No Moto) 1 Tbsp
Hot water 400ml
Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
Ramen noodles (noodles of choice) 4 servings
Cabbage (boiled) As needed
Roasted seaweed As needed
Chashu (meat of choice) As needed
Boiled egg As needed
S&B Itokiri Togarashi (Shredded Chili Pepper) As needed


  1. Prepare the dipping sauce. Bring the amount of water listed in the ingredients to a boil and dissolve the Japanese Seasoning and Soup Mix. Add soy sauce, then add the S&B UMAMI TOPPING.
  2. Boil the noodles and drain thoroughly. Plate the noodles, top with seaweed, chashu, and boiled egg, then add shredded chili pepper on top.
  3. Serve with dipping sauce.
