Directions
- Prepare the dipping sauce. Bring the amount of water listed in the ingredients to a boil and dissolve the Japanese Seasoning and Soup Mix. Add soy sauce, then add the S&B UMAMI TOPPING.
- Boil the noodles and drain thoroughly. Plate the noodles, top with seaweed, chashu, and boiled egg, then add shredded chili pepper on top.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
