Korean Style Dumpling with UMAMI TOPPING


Dumpling skin As needed
Minced pork 200 g
Chinese chive 200 g
Green onion 50 g
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil As desired
【A】 Ground ginger A clove
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Sesami oil 1 tbsp
Pepper Pinch


  1. Chop chinese chive and green onion into small pieces.
  2. Mix minced meat and ingredients of (1) in a bowl. Then add 【A】 and mix well.
  3. Put (2) on each dumpling skin and wrap it in a way you like.
  4. Steam the dumplings for 8 min.
  5. Serve with UMAMI TOPPING. Garnish with Korean lettuce and spices such as ginger, as you like.
