Korean Style Dumpling with UMAMI TOPPING

Directions
- Chop chinese chive and green onion into small pieces.
- Mix minced meat and ingredients of (1) in a bowl. Then add 【A】 and mix well.
- Put (2) on each dumpling skin and wrap it in a way you like.
- Steam the dumplings for 8 min.
- Serve with UMAMI TOPPING. Garnish with Korean lettuce and spices such as ginger, as you like.
