Directions
- Heat oil in a frying pan and break egg into it. Then cover the pan.
- Remove the lid when the egg white becomes firm. Then fry until the white is crispy.
- Serve rice in a rice bowl and top with the fried egg, Put plenty of UMAMI TOPPING on it.
Break the egg yolk and enjoy.
