Devilled Egg

Ingredients (for 8)

Egg 4
Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp
S&B Wasabi Paste in Tube 1 tsp
Onion, minced 1 1/2 Tbsp
Salt To taste
Sprout For Topping


  1. Boil eggs and peel.
  2. Halve lengthwise. Transfer yolks to a bowl, and mash with a fork until smooth.
  3. Mix in mayonnaise, Wasabi Paste and onions.
  4. Season with salt. Pipe or spoon filling into whites. Garnish with sprouts.
