Wasabi Burger

Ingredients (4 servings)

Minced Beef 500 g / 17.6 oz
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped) 3 Tbsp
S&B Wasabi Paste in Tube 2 tsp
Burger Buns 4
Mayonnaise 4 Tbsp
Lettuce 4
Salt Pinch
Black Pepper Pinch
Vegetable Oil As needed

Directions

  1. Mix the minced beef with coriander leaves, salt and black pepper.
  2. Shape (1) into four equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook (2) for approx. 3-4 minutes each side, or until cooked through.
  4. Spread Wasabi Paste on buns. Serve (3) in the buns with mayonnaise and lettuce.
