Ingredients (4 servings)
|Minced Beef||500 g / 17.6 oz|
|Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped）||3 Tbsp|
|S&B Wasabi Paste in Tube||2 tsp|
|Vegetable Oil||As needed|
- Mix the minced beef with coriander leaves, salt and black pepper.
- Shape (1) into four equal-sized patties.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook (2) for approx. 3-4 minutes each side, or until cooked through.
- Spread Wasabi Paste on buns. Serve (3) in the buns with mayonnaise and lettuce.
