Ingredients (2 servings)
|Udon noodles (cooked, drained)||2 portions|
|S&B Crunchy Garlic Topping||6 tsp|
|【A】 Egg yolks||2|
|Fresh cream||2 Tbsp|
|Grated cheese||1 Tbsp|
- Mix 【A】. Divide broccoli into small florets.
- Cut bacon into thin strips and cook in a frying pan. When bacon fat turns liquid, add S&B Crunchy Garlic Topping.
- Add Udon to (2). Add 【A】 and warm through gently on very low heat. Dish out into bowls and serve topped with a little extra S&B Crunchy Garlic Topping.
