| Udon noodles (cooked, drained) | 2 portions |

| Broccoli | 60 g |
| S&B Crunchy Garlic Topping | 6 tsp |
| 【A】 Egg yolks | 2 |
| Milk | 3 Tbsp |
| Fresh cream | 2 Tbsp |
| Grated cheese | 1 Tbsp |
| Salt | small amount |
Directions
- Mix 【A】. Divide broccoli into small florets.
- Cut bacon into thin strips and cook in a frying pan. When bacon fat turns liquid, add S&B Crunchy Garlic Topping.
- Add Udon to (2). Add 【A】 and warm through gently on very low heat. Dish out into bowls and serve topped with a little extra S&B Crunchy Garlic Topping.
