La-yu Carbonara Udon

Ingredients (2 servings)

Udon noodles (cooked, drained) 2 portions
Bacon 60 g
Broccoli 60 g
S&B Crunchy Garlic Topping 6 tsp
【A】 Egg yolks 2
Milk 3 Tbsp
Fresh cream 2 Tbsp
Grated cheese 1 Tbsp
Salt small amount


  1. Mix 【A】. Divide broccoli into small florets.
  2. Cut bacon into thin strips and cook in a frying pan. When bacon fat turns liquid, add S&B Crunchy Garlic Topping.
  3. Add Udon to (2). Add 【A】 and warm through gently on very low heat. Dish out into bowls and serve topped with a little extra S&B Crunchy Garlic Topping.
