Mayonnaise Flavored Grilled Chicken
Ingredients (4 servings)
Chicken thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces |
250 g / 8.8 oz |
White wine |
1 Tbsp |
Soy sauce |
2 tsp |
Mayonnaise |
1 1/2 Tbsp |
S&B Assorted Chili Pepper |
1 tsp or to taste |
Directions
- Put chicken pieces in a bowl. Sprinkle wine and soy sauce over them and rub into meat.
- Put chicken pieces in heat-resistant glassine cups or aluminum foil cups and pour mayonnaise over them.
- Bake in an oven at 180℃ (350F) for 10-12 minutes. When baked, sprinkle chili pepper over them. (Bake for 8-10 minutes if using an oven toaster.)
