Mayonnaise Flavored Grilled Chicken

Ingredients (4 servings)

Chicken thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces 250 g / 8.8 oz
White wine 1 Tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Mayonnaise 1 1/2 Tbsp
S&B Assorted Chili Pepper 1 tsp or to taste


  1. Put chicken pieces in a bowl. Sprinkle wine and soy sauce over them and rub into meat.
  2. Put chicken pieces in heat-resistant glassine cups or aluminum foil cups and pour mayonnaise over them.
  3. Bake in an oven at 180℃ (350F) for 10-12 minutes. When baked, sprinkle chili pepper over them. (Bake for 8-10 minutes if using an oven toaster.)
